"This product works like MAGIC. One application and the chalk lasts multiple barbell lifts. I purchased the small and large size bottles. I purchased the larger bottle just to refill the smaller bottle. I am a female lifter and the small bottle size with the carabiner is easy to remember to take to the gym. The resealable cap works great. And the fragrance does not give me hives."

"Recently switched to another gym where chalk is not provided nor encouraged. A little bit of Hammer Grip really makes a difference. It still does leave a slight chalky residue on equipment so do a good wipe down, otherwise you could get called out if the gym staff are sticklers about no chalk."

"This is a great little contraption actually. I'm a crossfitter and was skeptical that this would cover my hands enough due to the amount of sweat that drips down my arms during pullups, T2B etc... Its a nice covering when patted on your hands and then hangs very conveniently on the rig on a hanger/J-cup and able to pat hands right before jumping back up again. Like it"

"The product arrived on time as promised. The item was just as described. The packaging is not the best - seems like cheap quality, but the chalk has proved to be amazing for my few workouts so far. I have used other products, but this one is by far the smoothest and finest gym chalk I have used. It coats the hands evenly so there is no residual amount that ends up creating a mess. My hands get pretty sweaty during workouts and this chalk tested great. I can definitely push through extra reps with confidence that my grip won’t give up and re-application only required small pinch of chalk every set. Great price for great value. I will definitely buy it again!"

"Best liquid chalk I've used. I have very sweaty hands and I find myself having to reapply 3 times in an hours time. No other liquid chalk has lasted this long when I do pole dancing. Only downfall is that it turns your hands white but easy to get off. Highly recommend."

"I had a bit of an issue at first. I had order the refill bag and assumed that it came with the refillable bag. So I emailed the seller and they told me that the refill bag does not come with the refillable chalk bag which was fine! The seller responded really quick and gave me some options to fix my situation! They were super quick to respond and very helpful! The product was also delivered really quick!"

"I tried my first bottle of this over the weekend. I normally buy Beasty Chalk but the last few bottles of that I've gotten have been horrible. The bottle would get clogged. It wouldn't mixed right even after shaking. The bottle would explode while I'm squeezing it.However.I'm switching over to Hammer Grip and am staying. I tried it for the first time when it arrived for deadlifting. It feels better on my skin. It's less messy. It sticks to your skin better. It doesn't get everywhere. The mixture quality was really good. And most importantly for me, I have a lot of confidence that I'm going to have a great grip when I use it. A lot of lifting is having peak confidence right before you do the lift. I love this stuff."

"My 7yr old uses this for gymnastics and loves it. Do yourself a favor and just buy the bundle. We wanted to just try it and only bought the small bottle, almost immediately bought the larger bottle as a refill. It goes on clear then you blow on your hands and they appear chalky white. The liquid is way less mess than dry chalk bars or bags. Also much easier to carry to the gym, and no need for an extra container."

"Excellent chalk! Using it for the gym very long lasting and doesn't leave a mess. The bag is also great at holding the chalk and preventing any spills. Very inexpensive for the quality, would highly recommend!!"

"Way better then the other chalk products i have used in the past, doesn't get as messy as other chalks. Helped greatly with my heavier deadlifts, the bar always used to be slipping out of my hands but this chalk really solidifies my grip during the entire movement! Highly Recommended if your consistently lifting heavy!"
